Based on resource planning and working closely with our clients, we identify key roles that are likely to be required in the coming 24 months. We will create measurable job competencies and technical skills that future hires will need and build a talent pool of candidates that meet or will meet those criteria.
Keeping in touch and building relationships with this group of potential talent enables us to quickly respond when you have a vacancy.
